Each year we will select a sample of nurses, midwives and nursing associates to provide further information about their application. This process is known as 'verification'.
We will notify you within 24 hours of submitting your revalidation application and paying your fee if you have been selected to verify your application. It’s important to know that if you are selected this does not necessarily mean that we have any concerns about your application. You can continue to practise while we review the information that you provide.
If you are selected you will need to complete an online form where we will ask you to provide further information about your application. You will not need to upload any evidence to NMC Online. We will contact your confirmer to request further information, so please make sure that they are aware of this. We may also contact your employer and your reflective discussion partner.
